NTC33 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the NTC33 online platform accessed via ntc33.click and all related subdomains and applications. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform NTC33, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and NTC33 ("Company", "We", "Platform"). If you are registering on behalf of an entity or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

NTC33 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership and to use the services NTC33, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration and while using the platform
• Be a Malaysian citizen or legal resident under Malaysian law
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement
• Have never been banned or excluded from using any online gambling platform by any authority
• Does not represent or act on behalf of any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements above
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an NTC33 employee or its business partners

NTC33 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed until verification is complete. All pending payments will be placed on hold until the verification process is fully concluded.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the platform NTC33 at any one time. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

• Personal information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date
• Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any other party
• NTC33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to customer support immediately
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person under any circumstances

NTC33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for stronger account security. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Platform NTC33 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — credited in real time
• DuitNow — credited in real time
• GrabPay — credited in real time
• Boost eWallet — credited in real time
• ShopeePay — credited in real time
• FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-supported banks)

Deposit limits are as follows: a minimum deposit of RM20 per transaction, a maximum daily deposit of RM50,000 for standard accounts, and up to RM200,000 for Platinum VIP accounts and above. NTC33 reserves the right to reject or place on hold any deposit deemed suspicious or non-compliant with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

5 Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions. NTC33 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within 15 minutes, including weekends and all Malaysian public holidays.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method registered in the same member's name
• All bonus rollover requirements must be fully completed before any withdrawal is permitted
• NTC33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any large withdrawal amounts
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if there is an active investigation relating to the account
• There is no daily withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts

In cases where an account is identified as being involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use, NTC33 reserves the right to freeze funds in the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities. NTC33's decision in this regard is final.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by NTC33 subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500 requires a 20x rollover of the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted
• 10% weekly cashback credited every Monday with no rollover requirement
• Daily reload bonus requires a 15x rollover on the bonus amount
• Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once only, for the lifetime of their account
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements
• NTC33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer without prior notice

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using a VPN to access offers you are not entitled to, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, account suspension, and forfeiture of all associated winnings. NTC33 uses advanced tracking systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on the platform NTC33 — including slots, live casino, table games, Sports Betting, e-sports, and virtual sports — are conducted in accordance with international standard rules set by the respective software providers and game operators.

• All slots and virtual sports games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system
• Live Casino tables use real physical cards and trained dealers — results are final once a round is completed
• Sports Betting results are based on official outcomes published by recognised sports governing bodies
• Any technical malfunction occurring during an incomplete game round will result in the bet being returned to the player
• NTC33 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, odds error, or other exceptional circumstances

8 Prohibited Conduct

Member NTC33 strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on our platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on NTC33 under any circumstances
• Using automated software, bots, or any technological means to exploit games or the bonus system
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the game system or gain an unfair advantage
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving rudely towards support staff or other players
• Abusing the bonus system in any manner not intended by NTC33

9 Account Suspension & Closure

NTC33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Referral by relevant authorities in connection with a financial crime investigation
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• NTC33's business decisions made for other reasons deemed necessary

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team NTC33. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid balance (after deducting any bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within 3 business days.

10 Liability Limitations & Disclaimer

NTC33 and all related entities shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Internet service disruptions or network connectivity issues on the player's end
• Damage to the device or software used by a player to access the platform
• Financial losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password
• Delays in transaction processing due to technical issues on the part of the payment service provider
• Losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations or monetary policy changes

NTC33's total maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to them shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the rest of these Terms, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by NTC33 to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
